What is the difference between a contact form and a signup form?
You can use GetResponse Forms and Popups for collecting contacts and allowing visitors to leave you messages. We have prepared two different types of forms for that.
It’s always a good idea to give visitors the opportunity to subscribe to your list. This way you can use other GetResponse tools, like autoresponders, newsletters, or marketing automation to contact them further and build your online business presence by staying in touch.
Visitors who subscribe using a signup form will be added to your GetResponse list.

Allow your visitors to ask you questions and send messages directly from your website. This helps with user engagement and adds a human touch to your business providing a direct line of contact.
You can find messages from contact forms in Chats.
Visitors who send messages via contact forms won’t be added to your list. They can be only added via the signup form.
